From Greg Cox, Raleigh News & Observer:
"This tiny casual eatery offers a broad selection of Vietnamese fare, but there's only one dish you really want. OK, get an order of summer rolls to start, if you must, or a chicken and shrimp salad. But skip over all the vermicelli and rice dishes, and order the pho for your main course. It's easily the best in the Triangle, probably the best you've ever had."
Beer and wine available. Serving lunch and dinner Mon–Sat. Closed Sun. Voted Best Vietnamese in Independent Weekly's 2009 Best of the Triangle readers' poll.
"For Pho, the great Vietnamese beef and rice noodle soup, many restaurants rely on MSG and the condiments that come alongside the dish to provide the flavor of the broth. But not here – [owner] Gracie [Vo] learned to cook from family, not from a restaurant school."
